When Should I Book My Newborn Session?

The perfect time to secure your newborn photography session is ideally right after your 20-week scan. We typically book provisional slots around 10 to 14 days following your due date. However, if your baby has already arrived, don’t stress! Just reach out, and I’ll do my best to fit you in.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Packing lightly makes your day easier! You simply need to bring along some nappies, milk (if bottle-fed), a dummy if you use one, and of course, yourself! The studio is fully equipped with everything else you'll need - from wraps and outfits to props and even hats and headbands. Plus, I have tea, coffee, and snacks ready for you to enjoy.

How Long Does the Session Take?

Typically, the session will span around 2 to 2.5 hours. But don't worry about the clock; we move at your baby's pace! Whether it's feeding, nappy changes, or just some precious cuddle time, everything is taken into account. There's absolutely no rush!

Is My Baby Safe During the Shoot?

Safety is my top priority! Rest assured that I’m trained in newborn safety, and I hold an infant first aid certification. Every pose is meticulously planned with safety in mind, so you can relax while capturing those adorable moments.

Can Siblings and Parents Be Included?

Definitely! Family and sibling shots are an essential part of the session. We'll capture those first family moments before focusing solely on the baby. Just let me know when you book, and I can organize the session accordingly.

Do You Offer In-Home Sessions in Bexley?

Whilst my primary focus is studio photography, I'm thrilled to offer in-home sessions for an additional fee, depending on your location. Let’s chat about what will work best for your family!
