Hi, I'm Davina - a specialist newborn and family photographer based in Wilmington, just a short drive from Bexley and Bexleyheath.
My private studio is set up specifically for newborn sessions - warm, calm and fully equipped with wraps, props, outfits and backdrops so you literally just turn up. I take care of everything else.

### YOUR NEWBORN SESSION
The newborn stage is precious, fleeting, and absolutely worth capturing. The ideal window is 5–14 days old - when babies are sleepiest and most curled up - but I can work with babies up to 5 weeks old too. Already had your baby? Just get in touch, my calendar moves around all the time.
Sessions last around 2–2.5 hours - plenty of time for feeds, nappy changes and settling at a relaxed pace. No rushing here.
Your session includes:
- Baby solo shots in a range of wraps, props and styled set-ups
- Family and parent images
- Sibling photos (just let me know in advance!)
- All images fully edited - blemishes, flaky skin and scratches removed
When to book: I recommend booking from your 20-week scan. We'll set a provisional date for around 10–14 days after your due date, and adjust it once baby arrives. Early or late - we'll make it work.

### FAQS FOR BEXLEY FAMILIES
How far is the studio from Bexley?
The studio in Wilmington is approximately 10 minutes from Bexley town centre - a quick and easy drive with no motorway needed. Postcode for your sat nav: DA2 7NB.
When should I book my newborn session?
Ideally from your 20-week scan. We book provisionally around 10–14 days after your due date and adjust once baby arrives. If baby is already here, still get in touch - I can usually fit you in.
What do I need to bring?
Just nappies, milk (if bottle fed), a dummy if you use one, and yourself! I have everything else in the studio - wraps, outfits, props, hats, headbands, tea, coffee and snacks.
How long does the session take?
Around 2–2.5 hours. We go at baby's pace - feeds, nappy changes and cuddles all taken into account. There's no rush.
Is my baby safe during the shoot?
Absolutely. Safety is always the number one priority. I'm trained in newborn safety and hold an infant first aid certification. Every pose is safe - always.
Can siblings and parents be included?
Yes! We'll do sibling and family shots first, then focus on baby. Just let me know when you book so I can plan the session accordingly.
Do you come to us in Bexley?
I'm primarily a studio photographer, but I do offer in-home sessions for an additional fee depending on location. Get in touch and we can chat about what works best for you.
